2024 - 2025 Melissa Band Backer Sponsorships
Join our pursuit of excellence by becoming a Melissa Band Sponsor!
The Mighty Cardinal Band Backer fundraiser allows local businesses, organizations, and individuals to support the Melissa Band program through an annual donation. The fundraiser's goal is to support the Melissa Band program at both the high school and middle school levels while further bringing together the community and our schools.
Four Band Backer tiers are based on the amount a contributor chooses to donate: Cardinal, Red, Black, or White.
100% of donations go toward the Band program and are tax-deductible. This fundraiser is in partnership with the Melissa Booster Club.
Cardinal Sponsor ($2,000+)
Includes the following benefits:
Custom Appreciation Plaque
Promotional Program insert for all concerts
Your company logo will be placed prominently on the GameDay T-shirt (if received in time)
Exclusive Sponsor placement of your company name/logo displayed on the Melissa Band trailer for one year
Prominent display of your company name/logo and a link to your website on the Melissa Band Website (melissaband.org) along with multiple social media mentions throughout the 2023-24 school year
Promotional emails and social media posts sent to the Melissa Band Community

Red Sponsor ($1,000 - $1,999)

Meals-To-Go Sponsorship ($1000)
We offer a unique opportunity for our corporate and small business sponsors to provide the entire band with lunch or dinner during a Friday night football game or marching contest.
In-Kind Sponsorship
We welcome all types of in-kind donations. Some of the things our band needs that you can donate are:
Bottled Water
Gatorade
Pre-packaged snacks such as granola bars, pretzels, fruit snacks, etc
