ECMS Band Sectionals

7th & 8th grade band students are required to attend sectional rehearsals throughout the school year (1x/week). Sectionals are very important to the growth and success of the East Cardinal Middle School Band Program. Please plan your schedule accordingly as soon as the times are set & eliminate conflicts with your sectional schedule. Grades are taken for this extension of our class and absences will be excused for verified emergencies only.

Other occasional full band rehearsals may be required outside of the school day. Students and parents will be notified of these rehearsals with at least one week notice. These rehearsals are mandatory and will be graded. Unexcused absences from these rehearsals will be subject to the policies above.

Tentative Sectional Times for 2026-2027:

AM Sectional Times: 6:20 AM - 7:20 AM

PM Sectional Times: 3:40 PM - 4:40 PM
